How Our Printing Works
Here at Red Bonni Signs we have a Roland SP540 industrial printer. This machine can print onto paper, vinyl, canvas and many more materials.
Print width is 1300mm.
With it takeup reel, any length of print media can be processed in a few hours. Here is a video of the Roland printing on heavy duty canvas for banners. Quite impressive.
This is our Roland completing a print on vinyl stickers. We print sticker on gloss vinyl mostly, but on occasions our customers require stickers printed on matt vinyl to give a specific effect.
Here we have our Roland completing a print and cut process on stickers. Stickers can be printed and cut to any size and shape, within the parameters of the machine. The vinyl can be peeled away from around the print, leaving the sticker on a sheet. Sheets can them be put on a roll after if required.
